ORDERS AND RETRUNS

Yes, there’s a one-year warranty for your dailyflames Products. Within a year, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is defective, dailyflames will (at its sole option) repaire or replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of dailyflames and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

Yes, we have a 30-day return policy for any reason, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
